ALESSANDRO PIERALLI
Alessandro Pieralli (1972). I have been a lawyer in Italy since j1999 and in Spain since 2005. I am currently in charge of the Italian Desk of Maluquer Advocats. I speak Italian, Spanish and English. Until 2008 I was Assistant Professor at the University of Florence. I currently teach in several Master of Laws programmes, where I give classes in English and Spanish.
As an arbitrator and mediator for several institutions as well as a professor, I have given several lectures at conferences on alternative dispute resolution and have published several papers on the subject. I am currently a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Florence Bar Association.
I like to try to do everything well and this gives me great pleasure. Rather than worry about problems, I like to tackle them and solve them.
I enjoy the simple things in life: a nice glass of wine, an evening with friends, a book, meeting new people, playing with my children. An amateur magician, I am a member of the “Gruppo Toscano Prestigiatori”.
In short, I enjoy life and for this reason always try to offer people a smile: it is no effort for me and it has unexpected “magical” effects.
