User session cookie. It is a temporary cookie which is eliminated when the user ends the session. The session cookie is stored in temporary memory and is not kept after the session is closed. JavaScript activated yes/no

This cookie informs the content managing system as to whether it has activated Javascript in the navigator settings of the person visiting the website in order to show the content in the proper way according to the settings. This cookie is also deleted when the session is closed.

Maluquer Advocats uses Google Analytics, a free  website statistical service ofered by Google, Inc. Google Analytics gathers information from the user’s computer in order to analyse the use of the application News App and compile reports about the activity of the application.

Google stores the information collected by the cookies in serveres in the United States. All Google Analytics cookies are permanent, except for “_utmc”, which is a temporary cookie.

Users are informed that Google may transmit this information to third parties when so required by law, or when said third parties process the information through a Google account. Google will note link the IP address to any other data it has.

The use of the News App application constitutes the users consent for Google to process the data as set out and for the purposes described.
