ANA FLORES

Ana Flores (1971). I hold a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona (1994) and prepared for entry into the Diplomatic Corps (1995). I am in charge of the German Desk of Maluquer Advocats. I speak German, English and French in addition to Spanish and Catalan.

My professional field is Commercial Law, particularly intellectual property, information technology and creative economy. Among other projects, I have served as Assistant Director of the Universal Forum of Cultures, Barcelona 2004 (2003-2005) and participated in the preparation of the Artists’ Charter and Code of Good Practices (Generalitat of Catalonia, 2005-2007).
